As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of our sales culture, which is built on strong customer relationships founded on trust. Your journey will begin with an extensive training program lasting four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. This will be complemented by weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are well-equipped to manage your territory effectively. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will have the autonomy to manage accounts across various industries and explore opportunities to travel to new markets. You will also have the flexibility to design your day, spending assigned days in the office with your peers to plan face-to-face customer visits while maintaining a work-life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, leveraging our catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service will be paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to achieve this.
