About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is a pivotal role within AirMedCare Network (AMCN), part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. This position is primarily responsible for generating sales of emergency air transport services to the local community. The Territory Sales Manager will work in a hybrid environment, with 10% of the work being remote and 90% onsite, and candidates must reside within 50 to 75 miles of Burbank, CA. The role offers an annual salary range of $35,000 to $180,000, with uncapped commission potential, allowing for significant earnings based on performance. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will engage in various activities to generate leads for new business. This includes cold calling, utilizing customer referrals, participating in community networking events, and collaborating with leadership on marketing programs. The position requires completing the full sales cycle, which encompasses introduction and discovery, needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management. The Territory Sales Manager will be tasked with building a robust pipeline of both B2C and B2B customers to meet sales and company goals, while ensuring that all business closed aligns with AMCN's objectives and practices. Candidates for this position should possess a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of three years of previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience. Knowledge of the emergency medical transport industry is preferred. The role also requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as background and substance screenings will be conducted. Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, and networking events.

  • Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
  • Close smart business consistent with AMCN's objectives and practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
  • Emergency medical transport industry knowledge, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
