About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at WillScot is responsible for maximizing sales within a designated territory through strategic outbound prospecting and effective management of inbound inquiries. This role focuses on achieving sales targets for various modular structures and related products while building strong customer relationships and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for Containers and Modular Structures.
• Spend approximately 40% of time on outbound prospecting and 30% on inbound inquiry conversion.
• Identify and prioritize potential customers and market segments for business development.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Utilize SalesForce CRM to track performance and manage customer interactions.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback to management.
• Prepare accurate price quotes and negotiate sales agreements with customers.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and generate reports on sales performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of outbound prospecting experience or relevant experience at WillScot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
• Demonstrated professional communication skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel 10%-20% for customer visits.
