Chadwell Supply is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped commission opportunities. You will work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, enjoying paid holidays off and no weekend work. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our products and services to both current and potential customers. You will distribute various sales and marketing materials, develop presentations, quotes, and proposals, and maintain professional relationships with customer decision-makers. Daily activities will include visiting and calling on multiple customers, preparing a call schedule, identifying sales prospects, and troubleshooting customer issues. You will also assist the Accounts Receivable Department in collecting past due payments and seek out strategic customer and competitor information to enhance sales penetration and customer relations. Additionally, you will utilize company sales reports to support and expand sales growth and provide on-the-job training for new and current associates.

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Distribute various sales and marketing materials such as product catalogs and sales flyers.
  • Develop basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers and groups as needed.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with customer decision-makers and associates.
  • Visit and call on multiple customers and prospects each day.
  • Prepare and follow a daily, weekly, and monthly call schedule for current and potential customers.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts in a prioritized manner.
  • Promptly identify and troubleshoot customer issues and concerns using company-approved methods and guidelines.
  • Assist and support the Accounts Receivable Department in the collection of past due monies.
  • Seek out strategic customer/competitor information and data to promote greater sales penetration and improve customer relations.
  • Utilize company sales reports to capture, support, and expand sales growth and penetration.
  • Provide or assist on-the-job training for new and/or current associates.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers.
