About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. This role allows you to manage and grow your territory with the support of comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering. Uline is committed to your success, providing a robust training program that includes four weeks of initial training followed by a 12-week mentorship program. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are equipped to excel in your role. In this position, you will have the autonomy to manage accounts across various industries, with opportunities to explore new markets. You will design your workday to balance office time with face-to-face customer visits, allowing you to structure your schedule effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing and expanding existing accounts, acquiring new business, and providing tailored business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations. You will have access to our extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products to meet customer needs and deliver legendary customer service with the support of our dedicated sales team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Presentation skills.
