About the position

The Client Success Manager / Territory Sales Manager at Cox Automotive is responsible for driving subscription revenue growth and retention for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products. This role involves managing relationships with automotive dealers, providing insights into business challenges, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance dealer success. The position requires a proactive approach to meet revenue goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting.
  • Maximize utilization of multiple sales enablement systems, tools, and analytics.
  • Ensure dealer expectations are exceeded.
  • Expand relationships with multiple decision makers at dealer clients to maximize revenue & minimize cancellations.
  • Provide a data-driven consultative assessment of dealer operational challenges and needs.
  • Reinforce value proposition with content and data through monthly ROI business reviews.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to assist dealers in making educated business decisions.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Support sales partners from other business units to propose solutions to meet dealer objectives.
  • Advocate for assigned dealers during the implementation and onboarding of solutions.
  • Respond and route customer issues to the appropriate point of contact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
  • Master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field may also be acceptable.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Automotive industry or advertising media experience.
  • Experience working in a field-based environment.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with social media, digital advertising, and internet platforms.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various technologies such as CRMs and Analytic Tools.
