About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Business Athlete Association is a proactive and energetic sales professional responsible for driving sales of insurance products across multiple areas. This role requires a deep understanding of local market trends and the ability to develop creative strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins. The ideal candidate will maintain relationships with key clients while also prospecting new customers, all without cold calling or door-to-door solicitation.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets.
• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
• Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives.
• Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality.
• Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry.
• Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively.
• High school diploma or GED, and bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management.
