We are growing and we are seeking an energetic & enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to rapidly increase sales with new and existing customers within Northern Texas. This position offers competitive base pay with lucrative opportunities for commission and bonuses, making it an exciting role for those who thrive in a sales environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing results and meeting sales goals. This includes keeping and maintaining sales pipelines using Salesforce to successfully open new accounts, rolling out new product and pricing programs, and building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers. The Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for keeping customers up to date with information related to their orders, price, and product changes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a self-starter who can manage their time effectively between opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and handling reports and emails. The ideal candidate will have a background in the window coverings industry or related home furnishings industry, possess strong analytical and business skills, and be willing to travel, including overnight trips when required. The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Produce results and meet sales goals.
  • Maintain sales pipelines using Salesforce to open new accounts.
  • Roll out new product and pricing programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Keep customers updated with information related to their orders, price, and product changes.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to be in the field 3-4 days a week minimum.
  • Must have Outside Sales Experience with strong closing skills.
  • Self-starter and able to manage time effectively between opening accounts, maintaining existing accounts, reports, and emails.
  • Knowledge and background in the window coverings industry or related home furnishings industry is a plus.
  • Sound analytical and business skills are required.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight when required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable automobile, and current auto insurance.
