About the position

GANZ is a leader in the Gift Industry, and we are excited to offer a full-time position for an Outside Sales Representative/Territory Manager. This role is designed for individuals who are self-starters with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for going out into the field daily to engage with customers, promote our products, and drive sales growth. We provide a world-class training program to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. The compensation package includes a base salary of $40,000, along with a commission earnings plan that features bonuses and monthly commissions. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside or retail sales, preferably in the wholesale gift, home decor, or fashion apparel industry. You will need to reside within your designated territory and be able to travel throughout it using your personal vehicle for five days a week. This position requires an outgoing personality, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with technology, including the ability to operate an iPad and utilize Microsoft Office programs, is essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable using various social media platforms to enhance your sales efforts. This role involves 4-6 overnight trips during a four-week period, allowing you to connect with customers and expand your professional horizons. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the field to promote and sell products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage a designated sales territory effectively.
• Utilize technology, including an iPad and Microsoft Office, to track sales and manage customer interactions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Travel throughout the territory, including overnight trips, to meet with clients and attend events.
• Collaborate with the management team and participate in mentorship initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside or retail sales.
• Experience in the wholesale gift, home decor, or fashion apparel industry is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory using a personal vehicle.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and iPad usage.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms.
