About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at PetroChoice is responsible for acquiring new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing customers in Omaha, NE. Responsibilities

  • Acquire new accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage the territory by providing services and solutions to customers.
  • Achieve sales volumes and profitability goals.
  • Implement corporate strategic objectives.
  • Identify leads through personal territory knowledge and maintain them in Salesforce CRM.
  • Follow up on leads passed from the BDG group within a week.
  • Generate and maintain a list of contacts for referrals and introductions to new customers.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline within Salesforce.com and execute necessary administrative tasks.
  • Engage in company marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Understand company profitability and manage territory towards maximizing returns.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and industry conditions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries, billing, and collections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in an outside sales position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the lubricant distribution industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
