The TSM is responsible for ensuring that customer expectations are not only met but exceeded by delivering exceptional customer service, which is a core value at AutoZone. This position requires a proactive approach to business development, focusing on building loyalty and trust with customers while also driving new business opportunities with shop owners. The TSM is expected to embody the company's commitment to customer satisfaction by 'Living the Pledge' every day. In this role, the TSM will oversee the customer service and sales operations within their territory, ensuring that Mobile Sales Representatives and Commercial Managers are effectively addressing customer needs and complaints. The TSM will motivate and lead the Commercial team to achieve sales targets and enhance the company's profitability. This includes partnering with Operations management to ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial sales call through to fulfillment. The TSM will also be responsible for developing market analyses and action plans tailored to commercial accounts, maintaining and revising key customer plans, and identifying new market opportunities. The TSM will regularly visit commercial accounts to ensure they are serviced properly and that deliveries are made as promised. This position requires a strong focus on compliance with company policies and loss prevention procedures, as well as maintaining a safe working environment. The TSM will also be responsible for vehicle maintenance and adherence to safe driving practices. Overall, the TSM is expected to perform various related duties as required, contributing to the overall success of AutoZone's commercial operations.
