About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for promoting sales within defined territories and growing both new and existing accounts. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and capable of maintaining quality and accuracy in their work while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell to new and existing customers.
• Present solutions and services available to customers.
• Familiarize with Elitek Vehicle Services' product literature and convey product information to customers.
• Make sales presentations on new and existing accounts.
• Assist in training and motivating other sales team members.
• Ensure the integrity of the Company's quality management systems.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years' sales and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a Company vehicle.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules when needed.
• Attention to detail while working in a timely fashion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work under various conditions with frequent interruptions.
• Must be able to move and/or lift at least 75 pounds.
