About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with clients. You will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role. In this position, you will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $40,000, along with a commission earnings plan that includes bonuses and monthly commissions. Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and expand market presence within the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers and promote products.
  • Utilize technology, including iPads and Microsoft Office, to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the management team and participate in mentorship initiatives.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside or retail sales.
  • Experience in the wholesale gift, home decor, or fashion apparel industry is preferred.
  • Ability to travel throughout the designated territory using a personal vehicle for five days a week.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a confident, positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in technology, including the ability to operate an iPad and utilize Microsoft Office programs.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the gift, home decor, or fashion industry.
  • Previous outside sales experience.
