About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Air Evac Lifeteam is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales of emergency air transport services within a designated territory. This position is hybrid, requiring the candidate to be onsite 90% of the time while allowing for 10% remote work. The ideal candidate must reside within 50 to 75 miles of Lafayette, TN, and will be tasked with generating leads and building relationships within the local community. The territory encompasses several counties, including Allen, Monroe KY, Clay, Jackson, Smith, Wilson, Williamson, Davidson (TN), Sumner, Macon, and Smith. The role offers an annual salary range of $35,000 to $180,000, complemented by uncapped commission opportunities. As a Territory Sales Manager, the individual will engage in various sales activities, including cold calling, leveraging customer referrals, and participating in community networking events. The position requires completing the full sales cycle, from initial introductions and needs analysis to proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up with clients. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of both B2C and B2B customers to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with AMCN's objectives and practices. This role is crucial in promoting AMCN's unique membership programs, which include emergent air transport, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance services, thereby contributing to the overall mission of delivering compassionate and quality medical care.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, and networking events.
  • Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
  • Close smart business consistent with AMCN's objectives and practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of the emergency medical transport industry, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
