The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at The ICEE Company plays a crucial role in managing customer relationships and driving sales within their designated territory. Reporting to the National Territory Manager (NTM), the TSM is responsible for developing new business relationships while also managing and growing existing customer accounts. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that The ICEE Company is represented in a professional and courteous manner at all times. The TSM will be expected to proactively seek out new business opportunities and maintain the integrity and strength of all brands under their management. In this role, the TSM will be tasked with achieving sales goals across product sales, service revenue, and equipment sales, ensuring that the budgeted profit plan is met. The TSM will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies and promotions in collaboration with customers to maximize sales and deliver value. This includes managing the execution of promotions with both regional and national customers, producing weekly updates on new business and promotions, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The TSM must maintain an organized and professional working environment throughout their territory and will perform other duties as assigned by the NTM. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to analyze opportunities and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
