About the position

We're looking for a relationship-driven, college-educated, motivated professional to manage the New Jersey & Northern Pennsylvania territory. Join Quality Enclosures, a vibrant and fast-growing Shower Enclosures manufacturer committed to delivering top-notch products and service. We're on a mission to redefine excellence in our field and need passionate individuals to help us succeed. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue growth. You will build and nurture relationships with clients, both old and new, and identify and pursue new business opportunities. This role requires you to travel throughout the territory, visiting accounts and prospects alike, ensuring that you maintain a strong presence in the market and effectively represent our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, old and new.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Travel territory and visit accounts and prospects alike.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Must pass a thorough background check.
