About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Spark Recruiting is responsible for enhancing the company's presence in the Multi-Dwelling Unit sector by building strong relationships with property and leasing managers. This role involves direct interaction with residents to drive sales growth and adoption of home technology solutions. The position requires a proactive approach to sales strategy implementation and market presence enhancement, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and leasing agents.
  • Implement Sales Strategies to increase penetration rates and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide Sales Support by assisting residents directly with solutions and installation follow-up.
  • Enhance Market Presence by representing the brand at property events and engaging in field activities.
  • Leverage the Referral Program to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Report and Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate and Coordinate with internal teams to align and execute strategies effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have reliable transportation for regular property visits.
  • Property or leasing management experience is a plus.
  • An understanding of multi-dwelling units is a plus.
