About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales within a designated geographical area, developing new business opportunities, and managing client accounts. This role requires a motivated individual who can execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall company sales objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory or account management role
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of technical sales and ability to explain complex products or services to customers
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
  • Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
