This involves identifying and prioritizing potential customers and market segments, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and converting leads into successful sales. The manager will also be responsible for building and nurturing strong customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and exceptional service. Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions is key, as is utilizing the SalesForce CRM system to track performance and manage customer interactions effectively.
