About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at SentriForce is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory by building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong entrepreneurial traits who can work independently while also leading efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and product knowledge enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the company to improve products and services.
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
