Responsibilities

• Presents and sells company products and services to current and potential customers.
• Distributes various sales and marketing materials such as product catalogs and sales flyers.
• Develops presentations, quotes, and proposals for customers as needed.
• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Visits and calls on multiple customers and prospects each day.
• Prepares and follows a daily, weekly, and monthly call schedule for customers.
• Identifies sales prospects and contacts accounts in a prioritized manner.
• Identifies and troubleshoots customer issues using company-approved methods.
• Assists the Accounts Receivable Department in collecting past due payments.
• Seeks out strategic customer and competitor information to promote sales growth.
• Utilizes company sales reports to support and expand sales growth.
• Provides on-the-job training for new and current associates.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers and coworkers.
• Must have a vehicle capable of significant travel.
• Valid driver's license required.
