About the position

SentriForce is a fast-growing managed video surveillance company based in Houston, TX, specializing in live video monitoring of construction sites and other verticals through our in-house monitoring center and state-of-the-art mobile video surveillance systems. We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for self-motivated individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a commission-based environment with no cap on earnings. As a Territory Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities within your designated territory. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure that sales targets are met and that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. We prioritize work-life balance, and a typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday. In this role, you will be expected to identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory, build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, developing and executing a territory sales plan to achieve business objectives, and providing market feedback and insights to improve our products and services. Continuous improvement of your product knowledge and sales skills is essential to succeed in this position. We are looking for candidates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven, and who can work independently while also leading a team to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the company to improve products and services.
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE
  • Knowledge of the construction industry preferred
  • Knowledge of a CRM system or Asset Management System.
  • Strong entrepreneurial traits and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
