About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is an Outside Sales Professional responsible for managing a sales territory in the Inland Empire, Riverside, and surrounding areas. This role focuses on the commercial sales or leasing of overseas storage containers, leveraging leads provided by inside representatives to close deals. The position offers a guaranteed first-year income of $75,000 plus unlimited commissions, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced sales professionals in the construction or rental equipment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of cold onsite face-to-face calls to secure new business.
• Make face-to-face appointments, presentations, and visits to prospective clients.
• Present and sell company products and services to new customers.
• Answer customer inquiries.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Accurately document all activities in CRM program and appropriate reports.
• Identify competitors in the field and identify their customers.

Requirements

• Two years minimum experience in rental equipment/construction equipment sales or other related fields.
• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Very proficient in the English language.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Authorized for employment in the United States (sponsorships not available).
