About the position

The Petroleum Territory Sales Manager at Comcentric Inc. is a full-time remote position focused on expanding the company's presence in the Northeast region. The role requires a motivated and customer-oriented professional with a strong sales background, particularly in energy sales. The manager will be responsible for building relationships, driving new business, and delivering strategic marketing solutions to both retail and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify & Secure New Business: Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, in-person meetings, and networking.
  • Develop Customized Branding Solutions: Work closely with customers to create tailored branding packages, manage contract negotiations, and identify competitive advantages.
  • Partner with Customers: Support customers' marketing strategies, ensuring they maximize our marketing, advertising, and branding programs.
  • Market & Territory Analysis: Conduct SWOT analyses to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain timely communications, report updates, and resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field.
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience; experience in the energy or oil industry is a plus.
  • Proven 'hunter' mentality with a track record of success in sales growth.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Northeast (approximately 75% of the time).
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
