Geary Pacific Supply is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join their team. The TSM will be responsible for managing and growing assigned accounts, acquiring new accounts, and conducting professional sales calls. This role is crucial as the TSM serves as the face of Geary Pacific Supply for new customers. The ideal candidate must possess excellent time management skills, be proficient in the use of technology, and be able to travel to regional customer job sites, Geary Pacific locations, and industry conventions as needed. The position offers a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000, along with monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. The work schedule is full-time, with office hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The TSM will follow up on assigned leads and manage/grow accounts while acquiring new accounts and engaging with customers and prospects to create sales opportunities. Analyzing branch sales territory and planning time and activities to maximize sales results is essential. The TSM will need to acquire detailed knowledge of prospects' and customers' needs and match products and services to solve their problems. Additionally, the TSM will apply the Geary Pacific On-Boarding Process to key accounts and communicate product and technical information to customers. Creating bids for systems and packages of products, maintaining a high level of attention to detail, and using company tools and software to record specific customer information are also key responsibilities. The position requires a strong focus on customer service, as the TSM must communicate customer needs and requirements to fellow employees effectively. The role also involves completing cycle counts, adding PC codes to sales orders, and using substitute or associated items to fulfill customer requests. The TSM must be a team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess the ability to problem-solve for customers.
