The Territory Sales Manager at Air Evac Lifeteam is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales of emergency air transport services within a designated territory in Alaska. This position is hybrid, requiring the candidate to be onsite 90% of the time while allowing for 10% remote work. The ideal candidate must reside within 50 to 75 miles of Juneau, Alaska, and will be tasked with generating leads and building relationships within the local community. The territory encompasses several counties, including Bethel, Denali, Fairbanks - North Star, Nome, North Slope, and others, making it essential for the Territory Sales Manager to have a strong understanding of the local market and community needs. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will engage in various sales activities, including cold calling, leveraging customer referrals, and participating in community networking events. The position requires completing the full sales cycle, from initial introductions and needs analysis to proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up with clients. The successful candidate will be expected to build a robust pipeline of both B2C and B2B customers to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with the objectives and practices of AirMedCare Network (AMCN). Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of three years of experience in B2C or B2B solutions sales. Familiarity with the emergency medical transport industry is preferred, and candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. This role offers an annual salary range of $35,000 to $180,000, with uncapped commission potential, providing significant earning opportunities for motivated individuals.
