About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Alside is responsible for developing and maintaining target accounts while driving sales growth and new business within a specific territory. This role is critical to the business and is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and relationship building, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales and account planning, forecasting, and reporting for assigned accounts within the territory.
  • Understand and assess customers' objectives and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Acquire new customers to maximize supply center revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on escalated issues, maintaining a solid partnership with primary contacts.
  • Collaborate with supply center and corporate resources to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Mentor other sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Successful sales history with 2+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Vehicle that meets the vehicle reimbursement program.
  • CRM experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience within the building materials industry is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of core building material products, specifically windows and siding.
