About the position

As the Territory Sales Manager for Untitled Art, you will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering market growth within your assigned territory. This role involves managing relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to maximize sales volume and market share for the brewery. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for craft beer, strong sales skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase distribution and brand presence.
  • Conduct regular market visits to key accounts to promote products, manage relationships, and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide guidance to achieve sales goals.
  • Identify and target high-potential accounts, including on-premise and off-premise locations.
  • Develop customized account plans to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional events, tastings, and brand activations.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and account activities.
  • Serve as the face of the brewery in the market, embodying the brand's values and culture.
  • Educate distributors, retailers, and consumers on the brewery's products, brewing process, and brand story.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, festivals, and industry events.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent market experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the beverage industry, preferably in beer or alcohol sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the craft beverage industry and passion for craft beverage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory frequently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
