About the position

ABC Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dedicated team in Monroeville, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory, focusing on business development and customer service to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will receive complete paid training and have the opportunity to earn competitive uncapped commission or base pay with bonuses. Your territory will include various towns in the local Pittsburgh area, where you will reach out to both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include face-to-face interactions with clients and customers, providing them with detailed information on product offerings, pricing, and presentations. You will also be responsible for answering questions, addressing inquiries, and creating price quotes. The role requires you to work effectively both in a team environment and independently, while also providing post-sale retention support to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience, although this is preferred and not required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and prior B2B sales experience, particularly in the energy industry, is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
