About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is a pivotal role within AirMedCare Network (AMCN), which is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. This position is primarily responsible for generating sales of emergency air transport services to the local community, focusing on counties such as Mariposa, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tulomne. The role requires a candidate to live within 50 to 75 miles of Modesto, California, and involves a hybrid work model with 10% remote work and 90% onsite responsibilities. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will engage in various activities to generate leads for new business. This includes cold calling, leveraging customer referrals, participating in community networking events, and collaborating with leadership on marketing programs. The position encompasses the full sales cycle, from initial introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management. The Territory Sales Manager is expected to build a robust pipeline of both B2C and B2B customers to meet sales targets and company goals, while ensuring that all business closed aligns with AMCN's objectives and practices. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of three years of previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience. Familiarity with the emergency medical transport industry is preferred. The role also requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as ground and substance screenings will be conducted. This position offers an annual salary range of $35,000 to $180,000, with uncapped commission potential, making it an attractive opportunity for motivated sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, and networking events.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
  • Emergency medical transport industry knowledge, preferred.
