About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Air Evac Lifeteam is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales of emergency air transport services within a designated territory that includes several counties in Colorado. This position is hybrid, requiring the candidate to be onsite 90% of the time while allowing for 10% remote work. The ideal candidate must reside within 50 to 75 miles of Pueblo, CO, and will be compensated with an annual salary ranging from $35,000 to $180,000, along with uncapped commission opportunities. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will engage with the local community to generate leads and foster relationships that lead to new business. This includes a variety of sales activities such as cold calling, leveraging customer referrals, and participating in community networking events. The manager will be responsible for completing the full sales cycle, which encompasses introduction, discovery, needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management of client relationships. Building a robust pipeline of both B2C and B2B customers is essential to meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. The successful candidate will also be expected to close deals that align with the objectives and practices of AirMedCare Network (AMCN). Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, with a preference for those who have at least three years of experience in B2C or B2B solutions sales. Familiarity with the emergency medical transport industry is also preferred. Additionally, candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as ground and substance screenings will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, and networking events.
  • Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
  • Close business in alignment with AMCN's objectives and practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
  • Emergency medical transport industry knowledge, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
