About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at X3 Tradesmen is responsible for expanding the company's presence in the Denver market by generating new business and enhancing relationships with existing clients. This role is crucial for driving growth through strategic client engagement and innovative sales strategies, focusing on the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing X3 clients.
  • Acquire new clients by effectively prospecting new opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Regularly visit construction offices and job sites to engage with client decision-makers and prospective clients.
  • Educate clients and prospects on X3's unique 'Workforcing' services using the 'Challenger' sales approach.
  • Manage territory effectively to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Must have experience working for a staffing agency.
  • At least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to construction sites and offices, prepared to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
