About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of our sales culture, which is built on strong customer relationships founded on trust. This role allows you to manage and grow your own territory, supported by comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering. Uline is committed to your success, providing you with four weeks of initial training followed by a 12-week mentorship program. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are equipped to excel in your role. In this position, you will have the autonomy to manage accounts across various industries, with opportunities to explore new markets. You will be the “CEO” of your territory, responsible for structuring your day to balance work and life effectively. This includes spending designated days in the office with your peers to plan face-to-face customer visits, ensuring that you can deliver legendary customer service with the support of our dedicated sales team. Your responsibilities will include managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, utilizing our extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements
