About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. This role allows you to manage and grow your territory with the support of comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering. You will have the flexibility to be based anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your Uline Branch or Sales Office. Your journey begins with an extensive training program that spans four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. During this time, you will engage in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure your success. As the CEO of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have opportunities to explore new markets. You will design your day by spending assigned days in the office with your peers, planning face-to-face customer visits while maintaining a work-life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, utilizing our catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service will be paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to assist you in achieving your goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
