About the position

The Territory Manager at Victaulic is responsible for driving sales in a designated territory by building strong relationships with customers, educating them about Victaulic's innovative products, and managing project pursuits from inception to completion. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and maximize sales potential.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand Victaulic's products and solutions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Develop a business plan with the Regional Sales Manager, including sales goals and strategies.
  • Execute all phases of project management to secure purchase orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and project owners.
  • Partner with Victaulic distributors to manage a balanced distribution network.
  • Educate customers on the value of Victaulic products and influence decision-makers.
  • Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations on job sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous sales experience in value-added products/services, preferably in the commercial construction or PVF industry.
  • Demonstrated achievements in sales and relationship development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
