About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at ForTec Medical is responsible for driving sales of mobile surgical laser technology within a designated territory, focusing on building relationships with healthcare customers such as hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong sales background in the medical device industry, particularly in operating room sales, to effectively present the benefits of ForTec's offerings and manage a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare customers in the assigned territory.
• Present the benefits of contracting with ForTec Medical for mobile surgical laser technology needs.
• Manage sales activities within the territory, including hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
• Travel overnight as needed to meet with clients and prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or health sciences related field.
• 2+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• Experience in operating room sales and selling to surgeons.
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
• Ability to manage a large territory effectively.
