About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at EarthCam is responsible for driving new business opportunities and generating sales of the company's innovative webcam technology and services. This role requires a competitive and numbers-driven individual who can effectively identify leads, close deals, and exceed monthly sales quotas. The position involves proactive selling techniques, including cold calls and product demonstrations, while also ensuring quality customer service and post-sales follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business opportunities
  • Identify and develop new leads, and close business
  • Exceed monthly quotas - generate sales of company products and services
  • Sell using a proactive approach, cold calls, face-to-face meetings and video collaboration
  • Document and track customer communication cadence and progress in CRM
  • Schedule and lead product demos with prospects
  • Attend local & national industry events as approved, to promote EarthCam products
  • Collaborate with Sales Coordination & Client Services teams to provide quality customer service and post-sales follow up
  • Develop a network of new and existing customers to gain referrals for emerging opportunities
  • Travel to New Jersey HQ periodically for training and events
  • Visit clients and jobsites as appropriate to support business
  • Attend regular virtual team meetings

Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B selling experience with demonstrated success
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior experience in any of the following industries is a plus: construction, transportation, government, tourism, commercial real estate, hospitality, international business, AV
  • Experience thriving in a commission-driven environment
  • Proven success with consultative selling techniques

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in construction or commercial real estate industries
  • Familiarity with project management software
