The position demands a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction through effective communication and support after sales. The Territory Sales Manager will also engage in administrative tasks, including report generation, expense processing, and resource management. Responsibilities

  • Actively participating in the feed industry through trade shows, seminars, understanding market trends, and being familiar with competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Ag Science, Animal Science, Dairy Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in animal nutrition sales.
  • Background in the dairy industry.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information internally and to potential clients.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license.
