Your journey begins with an extensive training program that lasts four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to enhance your skills and knowledge. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have opportunities to explore new markets. You will have the autonomy to design your day, balancing time spent in the office with your peers and planning face-to-face customer visits. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, utilizing our catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service is paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to achieve this goal.
