The position demands a proactive approach to client engagement, utilizing the "Challenger" sales methodology to educate clients about the benefits of X3's services. The role also involves frequent travel to various construction sites and offices, necessitating the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Performance in this position will be closely monitored, with specific targets related to client acquisition and revenue generation discussed privately. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing X3 clients.
  • Acquire new clients by effectively prospecting new opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Regularly visit construction offices and job sites to engage with client decision-makers and prospective clients.
  • Educate clients and prospects on X3's unique 'Workforcing' services using the 'Challenger' sales approach.

Requirements

  • Must have experience working for a staffing agency.
  • At least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to construction sites and offices, prepared to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
