The Territory Sales Manager at HydroChain will play a pivotal role in the strategic business development of stormwater management systems. HydroChain offers a comprehensive portfolio of products designed to manage the lifecycle of stormwater effectively. This includes capturing, conveying, infiltrating, storing, and treating stormwater to ultimately provide usable water back to the community. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for growing stormwater product sales, developing new products, and providing continuous improvement and technical support. The position will cover the territories of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, requiring the manager to engage with various stakeholders including the Regional Stormwater Sales Manager, Inside Sales Support Team, manufacturing representatives, distribution channels, engineering consultants, and contractors. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will work closely with the engineering and design teams to create value-added designs for clients' sites. They will act as a liaison between HydroChain's support teams and end-users or consultants during the design phase, ensuring that all necessary pricing and drawing packages are provided. The manager will also attend pre-construction meetings as required, obtain purchase orders, and process orders for delivery. Collaboration with the Senior Manager of Technical Programs will be essential to secure approvals from local, state, and federal authorities. The position involves engaging in a diverse range of projects while building both internal and external relationships to drive product development. The Territory Sales Manager will be involved in hands-on research and development of new designs and products for the HydroChain product line, and will also collaborate with the Xerxes water and wastewater product engineering team when necessary. Candidates should demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, clear communication, a collaborative approach, and an aptitude for managing risks. The role will be based in Texas and will require significant travel for meetings with customers, engineers, regulators, and other key stakeholders, with a flexible home office work environment being typical.
