The Pharmacy Territory Sales Manager will represent Hub Specialty Pharmacy clients in the Bronx, NY area. This full-time position is crucial for executing the sales strategy aimed at pharmacy growth. The Territory Manager will engage with clients to identify their needs and lead marketing efforts by educating and supporting healthcare providers on the pharmacy's services. The role requires strategic targeting of healthcare providers across various disciplines, including Internal Medicine, Specialists, Physician Assistants, and Nurses, to establish the specialty pharmacy as the preferred choice for practices of all sizes. Reporting to the District Manager, the Territory Manager will also support field-based marketing initiatives for Hub Specialty Pharmacy. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will develop a comprehensive understanding of Specialty Pharmacy services and utilize a consultative approach to educate providers. Achieving high sales growth through the establishment of new prescriber relationships and driving market share within practices is a key responsibility. The successful candidate will navigate a dynamic healthcare environment, employing a strategic, data-driven mindset and critical thinking to address prescribers' challenges and offer client solutions. Effective selling techniques, including pre-call planning, impactful presentations, and productive questioning, will be essential for success in this position. Additionally, the Territory Manager will be responsible for completing call reporting and operational reports, along with other administrative tasks.
