About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales of emergency air transport services within a designated territory, primarily through community engagement and direct sales efforts. This role involves building relationships with potential clients and managing the full sales cycle to achieve company sales goals. The position is hybrid, requiring significant onsite presence in the market while also allowing for some remote work.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, and community involvement.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing programs to attract prospects.
• Participate in community networking events to draw in potential clients.
• Complete the full sales cycle from introduction to closure and ongoing follow-up.
• Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers to meet sales targets.
• Close business in alignment with AMCN's objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of the emergency medical transport industry, preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
