About the position

The Territory Sales Manager will represent products and drive sales growth primarily in the forestry and road milling markets. This role involves overseeing and coordinating all activities within a specific geographic region, managing client relationships, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales targets. The position requires strong leadership, customer service, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Soliciting potential customers and expanding the customer portfolio, primarily in the Forestry and road milling division.
• Responsible for product development efforts.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with the customer base.
• Creating value for end users by offering industry-leading support, product knowledge, and quality service.
• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share within the assigned territory.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and developing a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conducting regular business reviews with key customers to strengthen relationships and explore opportunities for additional revenue.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, sales or related field preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in road milling or road construction required.
• History of sales growth required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills.
• Excellent math skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
