About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Mobilelink is responsible for leading and inspiring a sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. This role involves coaching Retail Store Managers and sales staff, ensuring adherence to company standards, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages employee development and customer loyalty. The position requires a strong retail sales background and the ability to manage multiple locations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a sales team to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Teach and coach Retail Store Managers and sales staff on products and services.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer experience at the store level.
  • Develop, challenge, and motivate store team members to achieve individual results.
  • Create an empowering environment for employees to deliver unique customer service solutions.
  • Initiate and lead business change efforts to maximize results.
  • Foster a continuous learning environment for retail teams.
  • Conduct daily and monthly inventory counts.
  • Ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail leadership experience in a cell phone or consumer electronics environment.
  • Experience in multi-unit management.
  • 5 years of overall retail experience.
  • Ability to recruit and counsel staff effectively.
  • Experience in training and evaluating employees.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in training & development.
  • Ability to commute to St. Louis, MO.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
