About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance in the Nashville territory for Residential Elevators, a leading home elevator company. This role involves engaging with residential contractors, builders, and homeowners to identify sales opportunities, present products, and manage job sites to ensure compliance with specifications and codes. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, including networking, cold-calling, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Meet existing customers to identify and qualify potential prospects.
  • Present current product offerings to residential contractors, builders, and homeowners.
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Project-manage job sites to ensure compliance with company specifications and code requirements.
  • Continuously update customers and prospects on product modifications and enhancements.
  • Work effectively at industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Update and maintain customer account records for future sales.
  • Prepare reports for sales and marketing and maintain accurate expense accounts.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in CRM software.
  • 3 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • 3 years of negotiation experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with the elevator industry.
