This includes managing the performance of Mobile Sales Representatives and Commercial Managers to ensure that customer complaints are addressed promptly and effectively. The TSM will also motivate and lead the Commercial team to achieve sales targets and enhance the profitability of the company. Collaboration with Operations management is vital to ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial sales call through to fulfillment. The TSM will be responsible for developing market analysis and action plans tailored for commercial accounts, as well as maintaining and revising key customer plans. Regular visits to commercial accounts are necessary to ensure that services and deliveries are executed as promised. The TSM will identify new business opportunities within the market and develop new accounts through direct engagement with potential customers, both face-to-face and via telephone. Adherence to company policies and loss prevention procedures is mandatory, as is maintaining a safe working environment for all AutoZoners. The TSM must also ensure compliance with safe driving rules and procedures, as well as proper vehicle maintenance and reporting of any issues. Overall, the Territory Sales Manager is a dynamic role that requires a blend of sales acumen, leadership, and customer service excellence, all aimed at driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
