About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Chadwell Supply is responsible for driving sales growth by presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential customers. This role involves establishing and maintaining professional relationships, preparing sales materials, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders. The position is fully remote and offers a competitive salary based on experience, mileage, and uncapped commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Presents and sells company products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Distributes various sales and marketing materials such as product catalogs and sales flyers.
  • Develops basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers and groups as needed.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains professional relationships with customer decision-makers and associates.
  • Visits and calls on multiple customers and prospects each day.
  • Prepares and follows a daily, weekly, and monthly call schedule for current and potential customers.
  • Identifies sales prospects and contacts these, and other accounts, as assigned in a prioritized manner.
  • Identifies and troubleshoots customer issues and concerns using company-approved methods and guidelines.
  • Assists the Accounts Receivable Department in the collection of past due monies by gathering desired information and submitting critical information.
  • Seeks out strategic customer/competitor information to promote greater sales penetration and improve customer relations.
  • Utilizes company sales reports to capture, support, and expand sales growth and penetration.
  • Provides or assists on-the-job training for new and/or current associates.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers.
  • Must have a vehicle capable of significant travel.
  • Valid driver's license.
