About the position

The Sasquatch Territory Sales Manager will play a crucial role in introducing and promoting Sasquatch Waste's values and brand in Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas. This position requires a passionate and knowledgeable individual who can establish themselves as an expert in Mobile Waste Compaction, a rapidly growing field in waste management technology.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Sasquatch Waste's values and brand in the designated region.
  • Become a recognized expert in Mobile Waste Compaction technology and its applications.
  • Educate prospects on how trash compaction works and the significant benefits it can provide to their operations.
  • Execute engaging and informative demonstrations of our Mobile Compaction Trucks.
  • Maintain strong engagement with prospects throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base in the region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in waste management or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and educate clients effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas as needed.
  • Ability to nurture customer relationships.
