About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. This role allows you to manage and grow your territory with the support of comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering. Uline is experiencing continuous growth, which translates into new career opportunities and job stability for our employees. You will have the flexibility to be based anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your Uline Branch or Sales Office. Your journey begins with an extensive training program that spans four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. This is complemented by weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure your success. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have the opportunity to explore new markets. You will design your workday to include time in the office with your peers for planning face-to-face customer visits, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, leveraging our catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service will be paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales team to assist you in achieving your goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but thorough training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license with a great driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
